The support is fantastic. We've been using it for over 3 years now, and have had no problems. It's an easy system to use. I wish that there were more templates available. Some of our clients are larger businesses who need templates for their website to look like they came from a big agency. But since we're not that large, we don't have access to those templates. I like how easy it was to set up, and that's because of the many tutorials available online for free. It has helped me organize my website/blog posts into categories so they're easier to find when someone searches for certain topics. The layout isn't very customizable, which can be an issue if you want your site to look different than other sites using this software.
