My husband really liked the comfortable insole but his feet were sweating so much at 30-40* that his socks got wet. We had to buy another pair of boots from another store. They're not cheap, so he'll try them again when it's a lot colder.

This product has a design flaw: three pieces of leather on the outside are sewn together and the tongue leaves a huge bulge that rubs just above the ankle. . I tried two different pairs and both had the same problem and I sent them back.

I have been wearing Wolverine boots for 20 years. This boot is the worst boot I have ever worn on my feet. You can buy the best pair at Walmart, and I hate Walmart shoes. Not at all suitable for spending all day on concrete. I ask that these boots be removed by the middle of my shift. I bought these boots to replace Wolverine Raiders, which were completely worn out when working in the yard. After wearing the new boots for a few days they seem fine - except for one major design flaw. The gusset of the tongue and the inner rivets of the bottom lace hook are positioned to rub against the top of my ankle when the laces are tightly tied.
