Description of ๐Ÿงต WonderFil DecoBob Class 15 White Pre-Wound Bobbins: Specialty Threads for High-Quality Sewing Projects

WonderFil pre-wound bobbins are wound with our 80wt DecoBob thread in a reusable plastic bobbin, which means there is no glue or wax holding it together (which also makes for happy machines)!. DecoBob makes for an ideal bobbin thread as using a finer weight thread will also minimize the bulk in whatever you are doing, however DecoBob also has the strength, versatility, and reliability you can count on. Pre-wounds are a fantastic choice because they come wound uniformly meaning you will get more consistency in all your stitches, which is especially noticeable when doing embroidery. These bobbins come wound with a higher density of thread than when you wind your own bobbins on a domestic machine. Each set includes 12 (twelve) 135 yard prewound bobbins; available in 36 colors.

Standard Size Bobbins

I would describe these bobbins (L size) as standard size bobbins. They fit my Janome Memory Craft 9400 and Necchi EX 100 and work great. They hold more thread than the bobbins I can wind on any sewing machine. I knit blankets for hospice veterans so I really need red and blue threads. I will buy more of these. worth your money.

Quality thread winds well on quality spools

I've used Wonderfil thread before so I knew the thread would be good. They are fully wound on spools, very even and the thread lasts a long time! Each spool has a lot of thread. I like the 80 gauge for quilting and also for sewing (less bulk in the seams). Great thread! Coils are also a good and useful coil. Rewinds with another stream once they run out.

3 damaged spools

I didn't like broken spools. There were 3 damaged spools in my spool pack. Two of them had no top on the bottom so the thread came loose rendering them unusable; the third came with a piece of the top of the spool, rendering it unusable as well. Except for the broken coils, it was good. I just hope I have enough bobbin thread to finish the work I'm doing. Hope you swap them out soon! linda
