The knot came undone before we could use it for the first time. It's not at all solid enough to fall apart and almost impossible to put back together the way it was. Instead we used a reinforced carabiner.

Really disappointing. Bought in May to prepare for summer, summer came on June 21 and the goods fell out in just two days (about five tubes around the lake). I went back and found the return date was 1 month after purchase. 16 days before I used it for the first time. Do not buy. Dangerous if it failed, the tube would spiral out of control and could cause serious injury.

First time on a boat I pulled it out to connect to the pipe and the end knot in the connector came loose completely when I was on the wrong one end drew. Admittedly I pulled the wrong end/side of the knot, but I was expecting it to become a tighter/tighter knot in the first place. The idea is good but the end of my tow cable works fine and this connector was not needed.
