🔧 OEM Mopar Black Molded Sill Guards for Jeep Wrangler JL 2 Door - New Body Style Review

Looked good when first fitted. Then I closed the door. It's too thick and rubs against the bottom of the door and there's also an edge that hangs outward. This is probably to protect the paint, but I didn't like the look. sent back.

The third Wrangler I wore these. Must be activated to avoid scratches on door sills. I don't have long term test results (like 10 years) to see if salt gets under them, but over the 2-3 years I've had each Jeep they do a great job.

Very easy installation. The kit includes preparatory wipes for cleaning prior to installation. Goes very well with some sunlight or other heat source (doesn't need much heat) and a J-Roller. High quality material, feels like it will be durable.

this is a must. You only spend $36,000 on a Jeep and it has no door sills. crazy. Pretty soon we'll be paying extra for a windshield. They are beautiful and easy to install. Be sure to wipe the surface with alcohol and let it dry completely. Uses high quality 3M tape so they don't go anywhere. Looks great and if you have OEM Mopar Jeep footpegs they will fit.
