Before his arrival there was no information about it. The handle is not "universal" and was a bearish attempt at installation. The key cylinder is held in place by a thin wire and doesn't appear to offer any more security than a rosette lock. I would buy immediately if you can return the product.

Useless. The thumbscrew was misthreaded, the lock doesn't actually lock because it's loose in the molded handle and can be twisted/ripped off by any old piece of metal. The inner locking pin does not fit in the hole on the inner handle. Just a bunch of separate parts and completely useless. Send back.

This handle didn't work for me, I spent a lot of time adjusting the sliding door. I put everything in and the inside of the lock was 1/4 inch shorter. how annoying. Make sure your door is no wider between the handles than shown because that's for sure. Even if it worked I wouldn't trust the lock for security reasons.
