Works perfectly! Amazing customer support!

Bought mainly because of the remote control (no opening in the caravan body. I have everything in a ventilated waterproof box above the batteries). The original remote would not open, allowing me to access the power button. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement that works great! Then I lost the extra fuses they sent with the unit, contacted them to find out which ones to buy and they said they would send them to me. The INVERTER WORKS GREAT too!

This inverter has a serious design flaw, it comes with a remote control, the problem is that the receiver inside the inverter consumes power and the only physical button on the inverter does not completely turn off the power to the device, but turns it on just off, but whether it's turned off or turned on with a physical button, the power-hungry receiver is always on, and you have no real way to turn the device off completely, it drains your energy. This manufacturer has a bad reputation and an unsafe product

Less than 18 months after purchasing this inverter it caused a short circuit on the 24V Entry. This basically "shorted out" my deep cycle battery. Luckily I built my system with two fuses on the 24V positive line that goes from the battery to the inverter. The built-in 125A fast acting fuse has blown. The battery fuse was intact. I didn't use the inverter other than recommended and it ran well below the 3000w limit. When I opened the lid, none of the internal fuses blew, but I did. See some…
