🔌 Xantrex 809-0921 Xanbus System Control Panel: Cable-Free Efficiency at its Best Review

My original SCP was not fully functional. It is easily swapped out for the original and offers full functionality of the controls. Install the same cutout and use the same screws. Plug and play in perfection.

Much more complex, displays much more useful information. A bit difficult to use at the beginning, but after that it is much more than its successor.

This panel does what it was designed to do: control the Xantrex SW3012 Inverter/Charger. He fulfills this function well. However, I think the panel is too small and the text is too small, making it difficult to read and use.

This remote control panel works well but does not track solar energy going into the batteries like previous models. I was disappointed that they made this change to the product. If you don't have a solar panel, this is a good charger.

I replaced a defective charger/inverter with a Xantrex Freedom sw2012 so I had to replace the control panel as well. The panel works great and works at least down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. That was the temperature when I installed the new device. The panel is easy to understand and view. I would like to use an old panel cable as the cable swap took several hours. The plate fitted almost perfectly in the place of the old plate.
