This is a great little lamp! The battery is a little shorter than advertised, but it's very bright, portable, and easy to use. It also loads fairly quickly and the quality of the materials is better than I expected, so it's pretty good value for money. My only concern is that it heats up relatively quickly, so I'm just hoping it doesn't burn out.

I bought 28 pieces as a gift for our department. Everyone thought they were very unique and fun. Wooden binding, paper pages neatly folded; You can change the lighting color by opening the book again. The battery lasts 2 days but I leave it on all night and day. I placed my book light in a playful bear figurine (see photo) which was absolutely perfect!

Bought very small. This is best for metal surfaces as its magnets can hold it open otherwise you'll have to open it all the way. It comes with a gift card which is nice. To change the color, just keep opening and closing it until you get to the color you like. There's also a color cycle mode just before you return to the original red color. Charging is easy via micro USB. The lamp works for a couple of hours, charging takes about an hour. Not very useful, but a fun novelty.

Mini size purchased. I once interacted with a similar IRL product that stayed fixed at whatever angle the user opened the "book" so I mistakenly assumed it would be the same. I'd be happy if it could open at least 180 degrees on its own (as seen in almost every photo in this article), but that's just not possible unless you place it on a magnetic surface (and I am pretty sure most are nocturnal).
