Great product Be sure to use the strap that comes with it. If you don't do this, the item will fly off your bike when you hit a bump. Easy to refill.

Bottle allows water to flow through each of the stoppers provided. The straw and bottle are not easy to clean, after a few uses the straw developed mold and had to be thrown away as it could not be cleaned. I would look for another option for your hydration needs

Lasted 2 months with no leaking on the mounting side. The bracket holding it is so tight that the plastic bottle shattered. Put a layer of flexible seal on the outside (about 1mm thick) and the shackle, tightened again, scraped off the flexible seal. Worked great for 2 months, I like its idea and look. The grid attachment is very strong. The bottle and bottle mount need some work.

I can't really describe in detail how this item works. I rolled fast with a bottle on a good flat road. I had no problem drinking from a bottle. Then I competed in a triathlon where the bike course was on a very rough road. There was a big bump on the road that I hit at 15 mph. This caused the bottle to fly out of the holder. Thank god I had a second bottle in a cage on the down tube. Overall I'd say the concept is good, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.

I should have read the bad reviews before buying. I figured it would be a good idea to put more water on my bike for century rides. I followed the installation instructions including using a torque wrench to get the correct torque. Less than an hour into my first ride with it, the bottle flew forward and I had to dodge to avoid hitting the bottle and spilling it. I stop, come back and get my bottle.
