The ease at which I can manipulate any chart, graph or pie-chart is so great that it almost makes me want to go back in time! There are only 2 problems with this program - 1) there's no way for you to create your own charts/graphs from scratch if needed; & 2) some of their features (like date ranges), require lots more mouse clicks than what should be necessary!! The features that are available for us to be able to create our reports with ease of use is amazing! I have been using this software since it was first being released in 2012, so i can definitely say its great because we've had no issues or problems at all while working together as my office manager has used their services many times over past 5 years now (since release). Honestly there's not really anything bad about xl chart if you don't mind spending money then they're going above an beyond
