We've moved and couldn't find the remote. The TV doesn't have a manual volume control so I needed a remote control. This remote arrived looking and working just like a brand new original remote. I would buy this product again.

I ordered this remote control and was looking forward to using it. Instead, I received a used remote control. The batteries were dead. There was dirt or grime on the lid and there were scratches on the OK button, I'm very disappointed with the Revain. It was an expensive remote and I expected an unused one in perfect condition.

I don't normally take reviews but felt it was necessary because not only did it come unpackaged and look used, it also didn't match our Vizio D43N-E1. But as there was only one loose remote in the box we don't know if this is because the remote is broken or because it doesn't work, even though the model is listed.

Bought this remote control to replace my original one which stopped working. This remote control is identical to the original which requires no programming. I put in new batteries (not included) and everything worked like a champ. Read the reviews before you buy O and let me tell you that the negative ones should be ignored. This remote serves our purpose so not much to say in this area. The main problem is that the buttons are pressed with little force, so the channels or the power button work slowly. The volume controls are slightly disabled. So if you press them multiple times, the volume will increase or decrease too quickly, again due to the buttons being hard to press. Another issue is the battery cover, it's too thin and the batteries stick out. This is my third replacement. The plastic feels brittle because
