A Reliable Mount for Marine Electronics

After trying out this rectangular mounting system, I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed. Installation was straightforward and the LocknLoad feature ensures that electronics remain securely in place, even during rough water conditions. The ability to position the mount at various angles is also a great benefit. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey compared to other options on the market. Overall, a high quality choice for any marine electronics needs.

If your boat does NOT have handrails, don't expect this to work.

For those who gave stars to this application. It is obvious that the kit does not come with a guide to mount this bracket. Nowhere does it say the splint is included so berate yourself for being stupid and not reading the description. This is a very well built fish finder mount and I really like how it snaps into place, allowing me to easily remove the entire mount (except for the base piece for shipping). I like this mount a lot more than Railblaza.

Marine electronics instructions required

The Garmin 4cv is perfect for this - although there were no instructions it was easy to install the top part - the part that goes into the yak rail. Another story - I'm not an idiot, but either I have a missing base defect, I have no way of tightening it once it's on track - all the videos I've watched with Yakattack have either been completely useless or show one completely different base than mine there - I'll set it up to work, but wtf manEdit: I found that without instructions I couldn't…
