Latch Spring Stuck

The latch bolt spring was stuck when I got it but I managed to get it working well enough by spraying dry lube on it. The slot that the spring sits in doesn't seem wide enough. Let's see what happens after a few rides in the water. I may have to return it if it doesn't stay free.

Inconsistent Good for body and frame parts

Although not a branded part I thought it would at least fit like an OE even if it is of lower quality. This didn't happen and the latch became unusable and I had to pry it open to open the compartment. I spent my money on it to end up buying it again through the manufacturer.

Will not fit our Rhino 660.

This latch lever was purchased to replace a broken one on our Rhino 660. However, this locking lever has a different design from the original, so we cannot use it. That. On the new model, the locking lever spring does not return as far as the original, preventing the seat from snapping onto the pin. The first picture shows the new one at the top and the original at the bottom. The second photo on the left is the original, the new one on the right.

I've read in other reviews that it won't engage/lock and the seat just slides out. I installed one of several apps for this on my jet ski and it really popped up as soon as I pulled it. Actually this piece consists of 3 or 4 parts which makes it amazing. It is very easy to disassemble, the installation screws keep it together after installation. Take it apart and take the hanger shaped spring. Place the pliers on the bend opposite the hole and squeeze well. Collect and install. I can't tear the

Close but no cigar on the seats and sissy bars

I bought a 2018 FX HO Cruiser a few weeks ago and managed to fold the back seat down and damage the seat latch so I bought that. I could not do this work without modification. The mounting method is with a metal rod sticking into the central hole which snaps under the mushroom shaped metal part that is part of the chassis. Pull the handle and the bar will recede and the seat will no longer be held by the mushroom thing. The problem was that the metal rod didn't protrude into the center hole…
