A must-have item for embroiderers!

A must have for cross stitchers, I have so many different materials and this is a great guide to sizing. Also helps with planning stitch size for sewing without a kit or creating your own designs. It's made of thin plastic so it can be bent or bent, but it's small enough to hide in a book. Should have

Pros
  • Measurement of amount of tissue; Convert the cross stitch count to inches or use as a cross stitch ruler
Cons
  • Blank

I should have paid more attention

I like that the sensor covers many different fabrics. What really bothers me is that every inch has markings with a score. For example, the 16 meter scale is marked 16, 32, 48, etc. I need a mark for every 10 for each count as most charts are divided into 10 stitch sections. So I would prefer 10, 20, 30, etc. instead.

Pros
  • Measure in stitches, inches or centimeters, detect fabric thread count and convert your design size to stitch count
Cons
  • Little things

Need more numbers on the scale.

Labels appear to be accurate. However, stitch counting uses markings that start at 1 and increase by 1 until the inch markings are reached. For example, an 18-count scale has the numbers 18-36-54, etc. with no numbers in between. If you want to measure 13 squares, start at 1 and count by 1 until you reach 13. The numbers should be printed in 5 intervals (5-10-15 etc.).

Pros
  • Includes 12 of the most common fabric sizes
Cons
  • Long delivery time

I urgently need guidance.

I thought the packaging had a note on how to use it but there isn't --- it just says something like "Hey, this makes it easier to count your fabric", but honestly I had to think seriously trying to use it and even when I thought I figured it out I still had to google the amount of substance calculator to confirm I was right because although this thing is very simple looks and is, it is not intuitive. Useful but once you get it.

Pros
  • Also allows conversion to centimeters
Cons
  • Expensive
