While I love the idea of this project, my 9 and 10 year old girls had trouble maneuvering the yarn to really look like a finished product. My 10 year old daughter is insanely smart (she taught herself to crochet when she was 6 or 7) so if anyone could figure it out it would be her.

Very nice craft for children, doesn't get dirty and is easy to make. Velcro and yarn adhere to it. If your child doesn't know how to use scissors, that's all they really need help with. One more thing, some kids might find it difficult to push the yarn through the hollow handle to use it, so I taught my kid to push it through with a pencil.

My daughter doesn't always follow the lines of the printed image, preferring to draw her drawing on a sticky card. I don't like clutter, I encourage creativity and keep you entertained for hours. You can use regular yarn to add more colors to your picture. Can't mess up, just pull yarn and place again! We found it easier to guide the thread with your fingers instead of a pen. This is my third, four stars overall, because you need more variety/choice. Rating from a satisfied customer.
