It's cheaply made. found the best at my local coat factory in Burlington. Seriously, this thing should cost 50 cents. It's that cheap.

Thin cheap transparent material

Poorly made I should have known better as the price was so cheap. It's very thin, you can see it on the corners where the ropes go to the handles, it's like plastic no matter how hard it breaks through, so I wouldn't even want to carry a wallet in his pocket for fear it might break through. garbage
