    Drive is excellent, easy to install

    The part itself is easy to assemble. Removing bolts from the original part and putting in a new part is horrible. It's not that drive's fault, though. Recommend buying a good flexible shaft and angle drill adapter to make the job easier. A Torx T20 bit is also used for the screws.

    Definitely a must - engine cooling and climate control

    So incredibly difficult to install! But worth every penny saved. It would cost me over $600 to have a dealer set this up for me and most garages won't touch them. It took about 30 minutes to install and cut the metal. There are great videos on YouTube on this topic, so check them out. You will also NEED a small wrench with bits to complete the replacement. There must be a recommended one or people bought the tool too.

    Same quality as Original Equipment in engine cooling and air conditioning

    used this on our 2011 Acadia when the vents were no longer switching between floor/dash/defroster. Appears to be made to the same quality and specs as the GM factory. Time will tell how it holds up but I have no reason to suspect it will fail, I have 30 years of auto repair experience and would recommend this product. FYI, most of these drives fail because of a voltage spike from the BCM that burns one of the resistors in the drive and causes it to fail.

    Fits and performs exactly like an OEM GM part but is very difficult to remove

    This product was a direct replacement for the stock drivetrain on our 2012 Traverse. I had to buy a thin ratchet and a T20 torx bit. Using a headlamp is a plus, and if you have gloves, put them on or you could end up with bloody knuckles. It took a while to remove the three 3/4" screws, but they were removed without losing them in the dark abyss. Installing the screws I had to use some tape on the screw heads and a T20 torx bit with it they didn't get lost while aligning them with the drive…

    As advertised for engine cooling and climate control

    Used on a 2010 Chevy Traverse. This is a directional actuator that controls the direction of airflow into the front compartment. Item arrived as expected, installed as expected, no problems. To get to this guy you need to remove three parts of the dash: the black plastic under the glove box, the glove box itself, and a bit more work surface, the black plastic trim around the glove box (optional). Use a #20 Torx screwdriver to remove the broken one and install the new one. No other tools are…
