Replaced the broken O2 sensor with this one and it failed the next day. Will have to buy another one now. money thrown away

Lower O2 Sensor. Corresponded to a GM part number and was installed the next day. Turns out this does NOT work for the 2011 Chevy Equinox. The check engine light is still on and I am still getting error codes. I've been to 2 different mechanics. I can't pass Ohio electronic verification. Stuck with expired tags 🙁

I had error P0420, now after replacing this device with error P0138. The problem may be related to the plug in the new replacement unit ( 12639692 ) having a slot in the plug on the wrong side. I had to remove the plastic in the closed slot to insert it into the connector. I have the wrong block for my 2010 Terrain 2.4?

I received this item with a broken clip. This is very frustrating. I waited 3 days to open this package. I open with gloves for fear of the virus. From what I could tell the product was broken. The worst thing is that I'm in self-isolation. I cannot return this product so quickly. That's what I wanted to work on, I was stuck at home because of the virus. I can't now.

They don't tell you it's a downstream sensor and not the upstream oxygen sensor I needed. Due to the ideas of the Covid pandemic, it is not possible to install it within the 30-day return period. After that, this company will no longer assist you with returns and instead suggest that you contact Revain. I would recommend ordering from another seller with better customer service, especially in times of crisis. Others say the O2 sensors are defective and won't work once installed, buyers beware.
