If the company believed in their product, they wouldn't put such a ridiculous piece of paper in their product. This stupidity has no rational explanation. Avoid such products and send the message that they should withdraw their product from the market if they cannot support their product.

I have had this recorder less than 3 months from date of purchase and it has already failed - it has stopped working. I had saved notes for work and lost them when one night it stopped working with a few saved notes but couldn't be accessed due to a crash. It's probably worth paying a little more for a higher quality device.

I bought the recorder for meetings but it was basically useless. I was able to record for about 15 or 20 minutes, after which he stopped doing anything at all. I could hear what little I had recorded and the sound quality made it almost impossible to understand what was being said. This purchase turned out to be a waste of money.

do not buy - not functional (no letters or visible images on the keyboard (see image 1); instructions unreadable (see image 1). 2) - font used so small that they cannot be read and are not on the manufacturer's website 4 pages (!) of instructions the size of a business card (see image 2) The sound quality is terrible, constant noise No headphones either. Too bad I can't return it - but missed 4 day return window (wasted time trying and trying to use it) Waste of money.
