Yes, I know how to open these bottles, so let's start with that before you jump to conclusions about my knowledge. I have 6 sealed bottles that NOBODY can move the ring up to open them. Nice bottle with a good cap but impossible to open or use.

I liked all the attributes I was asked to rate these bottles on but if I knew how difficult they were to open I would look at other bottles. They seal my homemade kombucha well, but are so difficult to open that I have to pry them open with a butter knife.

As far as I bought both bottles these bottles are exactly the same as the more expensive Yeboda bottles which have more reviews and come without a handle. The only difference is the extra small metal handle of these bottles. All in all great bottles. I use them for the second fermentation of kombucha. I messed up and made some very explosive bottle bombs, but luckily the bottles themselves withstood that pressure and weren't damaged by my mistakes.
