This product was a complete disappointment. The touchscreen is far from sensitive, making it frustrating to use. Electronics often malfunction and cannot be relied on. Through trial and error, I found that the screen scratches easily and the device is not durable. The only positive aspect is that it does help with navigation occasionally. Overall, I would not recommend this GPS accessory.

I asked someone else to install it for me, he said it was very easy and everything he needed was in the box, including fabric, instructions, suction 🪠 tool to keep it in place until you align the screen with the screen and both sides are covered with a protective film to protect against fingerprints and scratches

Product Rating 4 stars because overall it's a worthy product. FYI, no instructions are included. I also took a chance and bought it for the Palisade SEL 2021 8 inch screen hoping it would work as it is listed as suitable for the Palisade 2020. Unfortunately. it simmers a bit and I can't remove it, probably because it's sticking out over the edge of the screen. I'm keeping it to avoid further scratching this ridiculously fragile screen until I find one that's fit for 2021 and isn't insanely…
