Description of 🔧 YG 1 Diameter Monolayer with Enhanced Vibration Resistance
Variable helix angles combined with unequal flute spacing reduces vibration, improves surface finish, and provides higher cutting capacity and material-removal rates compared to conventional end mills. Suitable for high-performance machining on alloy steel, cast iron, stainless steel, titanium, nickel-based alloys, and most materials with a Rockwell hardness less than C40. Long-reach end mills have an extended shank for access to recessed areas of the workpiece. Aluminum titanium nitride (AlTiN) coating lubricates the end mill for high-temperature stability and abrasion resistance at high cutting speeds, offering better heat resistance than TiN, TiAlN, and TiCN coatings. Carbide is harder than high-speed or cobalt steel, making it more wear resistant at high speeds and providing longer tool life.
