Description of 🔧 YG 1 Diameter Monolayer with Enhanced Vibration Resistance

Variable helix angles combined with unequal flute spacing reduces vibration, improves surface finish, and provides higher cutting capacity and material-removal rates compared to conventional end mills. Suitable for high-performance machining on alloy steel, cast iron, stainless steel, titanium, nickel-based alloys, and m­ost materials with a Rockwell hardness less than C40. Long-reach end mills have an extended shank for access to recessed areas of the workpiece. Aluminum titanium nitride (AlTiN) coating lubricates the end mill for high-temperature stability and abrasion resistance at high cutting speeds, offering better heat resistance than TiN, TiAlN, and TiCN coatings. Carbide is harder than high-speed or cobalt steel, making it more wear resistant at high speeds and providing longer tool life.

80% lower cutter than square cutter

So far this product is amazing. It was purchased to mill the trigger area into a block of aluminum. Works much better than a chisel to be used with a jig at a fraction of the cost.

Pros
  • Carbide is harder than HSS or cobalt steel, making it more wear resistant at high speeds and longer tool life.
Cons
  • I don't like anything about it, everything is fine

Try and learn cutting tools

Excellent quality cutting attachment until three of the four teeth sheared off and the bit broke in half after about ten minutes of use. I would buy the racquet again, I hope it was just a defect in the racquet.

Good quality bit I think

Good quality bit Aluminum block. I suppose you'd have to steal a bit to really test this. The shaft is an inch longer than I wanted and the length of the cutting blades is 1/8 inch longer than I wanted, but it's as close as I've found to my Mesmo without giving up a single nut.
