Great for falls but not for heavy use

He's great for what we wanted him for with kennel training for our puppies who didn't have bladder control to keep him up all night. There are several serious annoyances: 1. It is very difficult to use the latches2. Because the latches are difficult to close, sometimes you think you locked them, but you didn't lock the bottom one, and the dog licks your face at 2am. It keeps opening up in the top sections but doesn't collapse, so it's ok. Finally general? Are you looking for a dog for aโ€ฆ

Good stand for dogs

I bought this stand from the Xtreme cage seller, they sent it promptly - the goods came exactly as described. I don't know why this reviewer accused the seller of being unreliable. However, we have fairly quiet dogs so I'm not sure this kennel can handle larger dogs trying to break out of their 'dog prison' but for our needs that's a lot. We went to PetSmart and Pet Co to look at similar 30 inch kennels and they were easily 80% larger. Considering the parts for a kennel this size are around $5,

Great product for a small dog; incredible value!

I have a 12 week old Shi-Poo (half Shih Tzu, half toy poodle) and we paid $60 for a Life Styles cage. Then, just in case we needed another cage for whatever reason, I took a chance on taking one. I'm glad I did! It's perfect for our needs. Unlike Life Styles' $60 cage, this one has a wire mesh floor that allows feces and urine to spill out of the cage. So if we leave our puppy in the cage for 9 hours, he won't be walking around on his own. I don't understand how a pup can open a door latchโ€ฆ

Not bad. I like that this cage has a grid.

Not bad. I love that this cage has a slatted floor so rabbit poop can easily fall onto the bottom of the drawer. We use it as a spare cage for the dwarf rabbit. I tied a flat sheet of plastic from the dollar store to the bottom of the cage so he could stand and his legs looked healthy and normal. Face it, rabbits can be messy in the sense that their hay always seems to end up on the floor outside of the cage, so sweeping it up should be a daily exercise. I like that the cage is open. I can take

Wire slatted floors are a godsend for dogs who need to "walk " a lot

I have a 7.5 lb Yorkshire Terrier that has the bars on the side of the door including the door all the way down could bend itself, the first day. Since then he has been able to bend all the other bars and part of the cage has rusted although I keep it indoors. This is because he lifts his leg to pee in the cage and soaks the "walls" of the cage and of course the urine spreads all over the floor. I need a cage that is half solid metal (the bottom half) and half wire on the sides so my malesโ€ฆ
