I am very small and it's hard to find leggings that really fit and aren't too big. I'm a real XS, sometimes even XXS. But these fit perfectly! So I would say the mileage is a little low. Very convenient. Definitely squat proof. The waistband of the leggings is thicker than the rest of the leggings so it really sucks at your core.
