Fantastic price. P-ttl works great

fantastic price. P-ttl works great. Simple controls offer extensive customization options. The only thing missing is a radio trigger and high-speed synchronization.

Worth every penny Good for camera and photography

This flash is a great choice for a feature set for the price compared to flashes from camera manufacturers. I've amassed a fleet of these flashes for my photography business.

Pros
  • Good build
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

If he were reliable he would be the best in the world.

Impressive performance and good workmanship. However, I haven't been able to get it to work reliably with my latest Pentax DSLR, with reproducible results from frame to frame. I'm not sure if mine is just a defect or if they are all full of problems. I probably won't buy again.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Clarity

Camera flash YONGNUO YN585EX Pentax Speedlite

The device worked perfectly, then after 2 weeks and about 30+ flashes the zoom function stopped working, so sent it back. Ordered a replacement for the same model. If the replacement lasts I'd say it's good value for money and an addition to my camera. This is my third Yongnuo flash, first autoexposure PTTL and the ZoomFlash. Let's see if Revain returns the money.

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Sparse instructions

Good tool for Pentax users

This flash is excellent. It works very well with my Pentax K-3II when installed directly on the hot shoe. Manual and P-TTL modes work effectively. When I used P-TTL the histograms confirmed everything was working fine and in manual mode the flash was easy to set and worked flawlessly. I've also used it off camera with my Cactus V5, K-3II and Pentax AF-360FGZ transceivers and it worked exactly as intended. It also comes with a nice protective case. If you have Pentax gear and want a solid…

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

Great flash at a good price.

The instruction manual isn't very helpful with this flash but the more I played with it and watched the videos the more amazed I was. This is a really powerful flash with a lot of features. It works as a slave flash and can be remotely synced to the camera. I expected to pay hundreds of dollars for a flash like this, but $70 can't be better. I actually bought this flash to add to my second camera bag but ended up putting it in my main bag. As I wrote earlier, search the internet for all the…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • boring packaging

Very powerful flash at an affordable price.

I bought this flash to use with my Pentax K50. It worked right out of the box and delivers great results for the aspiring amateur photographer. Being able to take advantage of my K50 flash makes this unit incredibly valuable to me as I can use the flash off camera in P-TTL or manual mode. I've completed the setup procedures without asking others for help and I'm still figuring out all the settings. As long as I like it Little experience with photographic equipment, coupled with the Chinese's…

Pros
  • An absolute legend

Wonderful Flash

I really like this flash. I have previously purchased a YONGNUO YN560 IV Speedlite Master + Slave Flash Wireless Flash + Built-in Trigger System for Canon Nikon Pentax Olympus Fujifilm Panasonic Wireless Flash Digital Cameras. Everything was handmade. Sometimes I needed some automatic features when I needed the perfect exposure for all clicks. This one does the job. I have used this for 2 events (along with my Yongnuo IV) and am very satisfied so far. When attached to the camera and equipped…
