Mine cuts clean, no vibration.

I know that several reviews have said that this large router vibrates a lot. I have not experienced this. I ran it with a 3.5 hp router. in a cast iron router table at full speed and it didn't vibrate. It really sounded like a jet engine, so wear hearing protection. However, with a cutter this large, it cuts cleanly as it makes multiple passes to remove more material, it's difficult to maintain a constant 90-degree angle on the workpiece, and you'll wobble in the cut if it even moves little…

Didn't hold the blade to the end of a pass.

I know Yonico bits are cheap and good quality but I only had to make a few doors and went the cheaper route. I've used Yonico in the past for one off and quick jobs and while they weren't the best they got the job done. But not at this point. Within 20 inches of the first pass (cherries) he began sanding and rough cutting a piece of wood. I assumed it was the grain and tried another piece from the start with the same problem. Works great with router parts and accessories

My first project using this drill was to cut 64 baud feet of solid red oak to make skirting board for a living room renovation. The router bit worked great. Yes, I had to do multiple passes due to the hardness of the wood and the amount of material to be removed. I will order more Yonico bits as needed.
