Item arrived in good condition. Found the instructions very confusing and written by a non-English speaker. I was able to set the timer but couldn't figure out how to set the timer mode from MIN; SEC can change to hours: MIN. The product may have been defective but the instructions were extremely difficult to understand. Typical of many goods manufactured abroad. You would think that they would spend a few dollars and get instruction from a native speaker.

I have had several multitimers and they are very expensive to order when they break over time. I was concerned about the price for fear that it would be cheap or not last long. I was very surprised at the quality; it is at least as reliable as timers that cost twice as much. Although I found it a bit awkward to mount on the wall, the timer worked flawlessly for several months. It was also easy to figure out how to set it up. But in exchange for a little effort, I got rid of my battery powered timers (the time of which depends on how the batteries feel) and the spring-loaded timer (which I kept but no longer use).
