Accurate and Easy to Use Sound Meter

This sound meter is a game changer for anyone needing to measure sound levels. As a result of my tests, I determined that it provides accurate readings with a wide range of 30-130DB. The digital display is easy to read and the unit is lightweight and easy to handle. The mounting feature makes it easy to use in a variety of situations. The only downside is that it requires a 9V battery, which is not included. Overall, a great product for professionals and homeowners alike.

Works fairly well but poorly calibrated

Overall this unit works fairly well but the sound levels on mine were much higher than my other sound level meters. Although the manual says not to change the adjustment screw, I've found that turning it aligns the level better with other sound meters I've used, although even at a wide setting it's still a few dB higher than it should be . .Plus, it works great and is great value for money.

Large, 9.6 inches diagonal. Seems to be accurate.

I bought two of these, SNDWAY SW-525B, to mount back to back and hang from the ceiling in the middle of our 25 x 25 foot studio jam band I ran test tones, pink noise and the two devices match and also match the sound measurement software on my iPhone all within 1dB USB 5V power required it has no battery It comes with a short micro USB cable and no power adapter I plan on making my own USB power cable to make it long enough for my application User manual covers models SW-525A and SW-525B, is…
