Great Upgrade for 1999-02 Silverado

Based on our own experience, this steering column upgrade was the perfect solution for our 2001 Silverado. Installation was easy and the fit was precise. The new column has added a sleek look to our truck's interior and improved the steering feel. The only con we found was the price, but the quality and durability of the product make it worth the investment.

Get this as an OEM replacement

This is no longer serviced by GM. It is a great alternative with good fit and original look, it fits several GM models with automatic transmission.

Ideal for both exterior and interior

I don't normally buy replacement parts but as my car ages new GM parts become more difficult to find and salvaged parts can become brittle due to exposure to the elements. Since it has a few tiny clips that tend to break, I figured this replica would be the best choice for my scenario. This matches the new 99-02 Silverados and 00-02 Tahoes (and their GMC counterparts) body style. It doesn't match the old body styles carried over from those years like some of the HDs.
