Don't really notice anything.

I got this because I've used this brand before so thought it might be worth a try. I used to always ignore all other "fat burning" foods because I just don't believe in them and when I'm working on fat burning I think it takes more than one pill. But again something else took over my senses and I wanted to try it. All of the ingredients were pronounceable and looked "okay" so I figured I might as well give it a try. Youtheory Daily Fat Burner Vegetarian Capsules I am really impressed with these capsules. I take one for breakfast and I'm good for the rest of the day.
