It would be better if the bottom was felt or something similar to ensure a smooth surface to avoid scratching the countertop.

This card holder works well and holds 6 decks. The only thing I would add to this product is felt on the bottom so it doesn't scratch the table surface when the holder is moved around. I added Velcro to ours

Playing hands, knees and feet is great with this card holder. The holder is durable and will likely last a long time. With 3 sections, it keeps cards and folds in order. Ideal for storing cards on the gaming table. I highly recommend this product.

The plastic is quite strong and thick. However, the underside is rough and will scratch surfaces if you are in a tree or on any surface that can be scratched. I take a glue gun and apply a layer of glue to the bottom corners to lift them off the table and prevent scratches.

I ordered this item without reading the full description I am wearing. The product is exactly what I wanted, a clear, durable plastic card dispenser with a central waste slot. However, it doesn't sit on a rotating base, which is what I really wanted. Apart from that everything is alright. Now I will reorder one with a rotating base.

Lots of those little boxes everywhere. I was worried it might tear in transit but mine was intact. I didn't bother with the small turntables that some of them have because this one didn't have them and is therefore cheaper. It shines through, although I think a solid color might be better, you can see the cards a bit better because it's transparent.
