AVOID! They pay for reviews

I was glad to get this but they pay for reviews by giving away a free product IF you give them a good review. The product is fine. But after 5 minutes your ears will hurt. It's just uncomfortable. Yes, and there is no mute button. AVOID! You pay for reviews.

Excellent Bluetooth with very good sound.

I can't stand headphones, I prefer overhead headphones. It's sometimes difficult to adjust the plastic pad to a comfortable position behind the ear, but this is the most adjustable I've had. Most are too bulky, this one is smooth. The sound quality is great and most people can't even tell I'm using Bluetooth. All in all, this is a really good Bluetooth at an affordable price.

Great Bluetooth!

OMG! Just got this in the mail, just opened the box, plugged it in and connected straight away! Called my sister in Florida and she said the reception was great! It beats expensive headsets by a mile and is super, super comfortable! It comes with 3 silicone ear tips and 2 plastic ear tips for you to choose from those that fit your ear! It fits snugly in my ear and the plastic around the ear is comfortable. I'm super super super happy with this $12 bluetooth!

Headphone design flaw

When you turn on the device to answer a call, you and the caller have to wait for the device to announce the incoming number as you speak, digit by digit, before either of you can speak. It gets boring very quickly. If the device is on and you receive an SMS, you will not hear an SMS alert from your phone. I have used many Blue Tooth headphones over the years and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this headset. The voice quality was better than I expected, I could hear my voice very clearly even when I started whispering. I'm looking for a good pair of bluetooth headphones that I can wear all day without ear pain. I also need an earpiece that can auto-dial the last number as I need to keep in touch with my dispatcher and call him many times throughout the day. These headphones will do the trick. The plastic piece that fits over the ear was difficult to put on, hold and was uncomfortable. The connection was lost several times, but was easily restored. The sound was great and it was easy to work with. This is my first, so expect operator error. I would like to change this recommendation.
