Very good paddle line, quality, price.

Excellent products! Never lose your paddle again. Do you need two hands for something? Drop the paddle. Use your hands, then just grab your leash and pull it towards you. I bought one for every paddle I have.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

A great replacement for my old fishing rod lead

I like that they are long enough to keep on line while fishing. I didn't like extendable spinning rods because I always felt the tension on the rod when casting. I hardly notice them.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Only use for low impact activities

Bought these to attach our paddles to our paddle boards and they work well. We also had a break paddling in the sea so I would only recommend using it in less harsh conditions.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I don't remember

All-in-One Watersports

These straps are great! We bought them for a kayak paddle and a week later I bought another pair to wrap around our rods. They're easy to use and adjust, plus they're great value and we're not worried about our rods falling off the back of the kayak. We even used it to drag our basket of live fish behind us.

Pros
  • One Year Trial
Cons
  • Minor Repair

they work very well. Dropped an oar a .

works very well. I dropped my paddle a few times fishing in rougher water when I caught a fish and I'm sure that damn paddle would have been out of reach when I landed the Leviathan I was fighting (a 4 lb saltwater fish maybe) making it inconvenient to return to shore. This has saved my bacon more than once. :-)

Keeps the paddle with you

I've recently started taking my young sons on kayaks and my 7 year old son started paddling on his own. There's a reason for the saying "up the stream without a paddle" and I didn't want to get into that situation. Based on the kayak safety lessons I've taken I knew I didn't want the leash to be permanent and it has a velcro loop that can be easily removed to release the paddle if needed. So far, so good. Definitely enough wiggle room.

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Part of the head for sports

Didn't know if I should go for this or a spiral sling. Reviews of the spirals indicated occasional inconveniences. They were adjustable, easily attached to my kayaks and never got in the way during our 6 hour trip. Glad we bought it as I accidentally dropped a paddle in the Missouri River and didn't have to call for help or get an emergency paddle. After your ride, simply tie the cord and wrap tightly with the Velcro to keep it in place and even easy to move around. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Stable results in tests
Cons

Great device for sports

Very glad I got them at a great price or a good price. Great design and they are comfortable how I attached them. Beautiful design with Velcro and twist locks. The only potential weak point I see is the plastic latch on the end of the mount. I'll try to work with a small bean so the latch doesn't break. I like them very much and I don't want anything to happen to them. I like the reassurance that the paddle isn't slipping and the device isn't in the way.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Some cons
