I bought these for glasses that fog up from wearing a nose and mouth mask (COVID, sanding wood etc). Instructions: Spray but do not wipe. After spraying, it is not visible through the glasses, you have to wipe it, but the product will be wiped and the glasses will fog up.

I bought this because we are renovating our bathroom and our new extractor fan isn't removing moisture as well as the old one. I thoroughly cleaned mirrors and surfaces before spraying. It prevents fogging, but leaves a streaky film. It will probably be 5-6 days before you need another application. I'll keep looking, but so far this has only worked reasonably well.
