I purchased my first Zagg Folio keyboard case on August 31, 2016. To date I have received 7 warranty replacement parts from Zagg for the exact same issue. After reading some bad reviews and some great reviews, I decided to buy a Zagg Folio for my iPad Mini. I've been using it every day for the past month and haven't had to charge it. The buttons are still attached and work well, they bounce well. I can turn on the keyboard backlight if I want, but this impacts battery life more than not turning on the backlight.
