Very good trouble ticket system and helpdesk

The ease to use as well as having access from anywhere at anytime makes this tool very useful across our organization. It's easy for employees who are not familiar with ticketing systems or troubleshooting issues themselves to resolve tickets within minutes instead of hours or days! I wish they had more options when it came time to create new features that could be used by other departments/companies out there.
