I like that it's easy to set up with our Google Analytics account - no need for an API key or anything else! It also has some nice features such as "heat map" which can help us identify where we're getting stuck (or not) when using certain pages of the website. Sometimes there are issues loading data from GA into ZEEMETRIC but this isn't too much hassle if they do resolve them quickly enough. I like that it allows us to see where we may be falling short during campaigns as well as which pages are most successful when compared with previous data points for similar content areas within our site or other sites of interest across channels (organic search vs paid). I love how easy it is to use! This tool makes my life easier for data collection/analysis as wellas understanding of our customers' journey with us through their interaction via website or social media channels (Facebook page).
