Zerostart 3100072 Freeze Diameter Approved Review

Quality heater from Zerostart, warms up the car well in the morning. I plan to use a timer to start the device in the morning. One of the downsides was that the mounting screw broke off when I was tightening the anchor with a small wrench. The screw could not be tightened, only a thread tore off. This was due to bad and/or bad screw material in my opinion. Instead I used M5x0.8 stainless steel. Good work. I contacted ZeroStart to resolve the issue.

Works perfectly as expected. Installation on my 04 Wrangler TJ was a bit tricky as the #1 freeze plug is blocked by the HP pump and A/C compressor. I was able to remove the HP pump, remove the A/C rear bracket and install the heater, leaving the compressor in place. It took about 3 hours from start to finish.
