This is a very comfortable training set, everything fits easily which I think is great for training. Everything fits differently. I ordered a large and the jacket and shirt are a little large, the sports bra fits perfectly but the shorts and leggings are a little small. Worth the money for all the stuff you get. a jacket, shirt, sports bra will fit a little more than shorts, and shorts with leggings will fit less, but fine if you like a tight fit.
