Zig Graphic Twin Color Pastel Review

First time using alcohol free pens and they work great. Nice choice of colors and the best part is they don't show through the paper. Of course, if you're used to alcohol pencils, they damage the paper more, so layering isn't really an option. Great product, cool feathers.

As a map maker, I've heard a lot about these markers and I'm glad I got the chance to try them. I'm a longtime Copic and Tombow user and I love mixing colors. I'm not very good with them when it comes to shading and blending. However, when I'm just using them for direct inking of stamp images, they have a nice color and work great. Probably good for beginners or maybe more for handwriting. I prefer the blending properties of alcohol or water based brush markers.

I have had some problems with this manufacturer's products in the past but decided to give them another chance. I'm glad I did. I'm not very good at using brushes for artistic purposes yet. Two-in-one brush and small round tips allow for modern brush types and finer lines. Colors are fairly desaturated, more than the color of the lid. I am very happy with the brush tips. They are pretty soft and easy to use for brush writing. I noticed that for letters with a downward stroke, the ink at the bottom has faded more, creating a slight gradient effect.
