Good overall

I bought a black zigzag parchment writing system from Michael and really liked it. So I wanted more colors and came across this set. I think it's the same thing just named a little differently. I use them for drawing in a sketchbook and also for neatening lines when using an adult coloring book. They are also easy to write on so I can use them for journaling. Being water based they chew on certain paper if applied to the same spot and there is also a drying time because of smearing. And even…

Smooth ink for coloring; won't bleed

I bought my first zig set for scrapbooking about 18 years ago. Most of them still work but I ordered a new set as some of them were starting to dry out and some of the colors were becoming less clear (not bad after 18 years). Now that the Bible Journal is all the rage I've tried different pens and gels and I'm back to my trusty burrs as the large tip for coloring is smooth and doesn't bleed unless you wipe over the same spot as often as it destroys paper. My favorite for years

I have been using ZIG markers for many years. Some lesser used markers have literally lasted for years. The flexibility of the dual leadership is a plus point for my art projects. Doesn't show through yet, probably because the paper I'm using weighs at least 25 pounds. The ink spreads evenly and maintains high opacity. They are acid free and waterproof which is essential.
