Great this job is perfect

This job is perfect if you want to switch from Shimano to Campagnolo and go 11 speed. Very easy to fit into the wheel, great upgrade

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Upgrade available

The part is good - Mark is a bit eh overall.

This is the first brand of wheels with hub wear - overall a good product - the replacement parts are excellent. BUT I never had to replace it. doesn't actually say anything about Zipp.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Non automatic

Make a wheel for your Zipp.

Before purchasing this hub, visit the Zipp website to ensure your wheel is upgradeable. Only a wheel manufactured after 2012 can be retrofitted. This update took me 30 minutes and it worked as well as if it came from the manufacturer. You will need a 2mm allen key and some bike grease. There are several how-to sites and videos online showing how to do this, so I won't describe it here. I upgraded my Zipp 101 wheel and only needed a small conversion to 11 speed!

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • I will add later

This Campagnolo freehub allowed me to do some magic!

With Campagnolo hub shell (blue) for my rear wheel Zipp 404 with 188 V7 hub (version 7) I was able to convert the wheel from 10 speed Shimano (with red freewheel shell) to 11 - stepped (again Campagnolo) . BUT, now I'm using this wheel on a bike with a 11 speed Shimano Di2 and it works as far as I can tell as if it were a wheel with a 11 speed Shimano hub shell - it's magic! For reference, I learned this from Lennard Zinn who wrote in VeloNews about this method of converting a Zipp 188 V7 hub…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Has flaws
