Great value and effective means of automating customer support channels

I like how easy it was to add features that we wanted with our own customizations without having any code knowledge or experience (aside from basic HTML). It's very intuitive! We're able solve issues quickly which helps us keep up-to date within fast changing business areas such as social media/marketing campaigns for events & promotions etc.. There are some minor bugs but they seem fixable by an update so not too much concern there either way!! If looking at implementing automation into…
