Exactly what I was looking for.

My septic tank pump has stopped working. I replaced it with this one as I like Zoeller. Manufactured in Louisville, Kentucky. I lived there and appreciate US made products that have been around for a long time. Didn't disappoint.

Pros
  • Good cause
Cons
  • No power

So far, so good. - Sewage Pumps

Works great so far. A few months without any problems. I wish you could set it to a variable time, but I understand the issues with that. 10 seconds and it barely reaches the bottom of my hole. 12 seconds would be perfect. This pump drains my pit fairly quickly and with authority.

Pros
  • Great Construction
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

Very tough, great reputation, Made in USA

This is a very durable, heavy duty pump. It's easy to install and since it's made of cast iron, it's very heavy. The pump worked well but the manufacturer needs to improve the packaging as the pump almost came out of the box. Reading reviews many of these pumps were damaged in transit but mine worked perfectly. I deducted one start per pack.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models

Pump died after minimal use!

Used pump for a single toilet bowl in the basement. This is quite a powerful pump, the last smaller pump that lasted me 18 years. So I assumed I would be covered for a reasonable amount of time. In addition, the bathroom in the basement is not used that often. I ordered the device on 01/23/2018. So the pump served me for about two years! This is NOT what I expected from a supposedly high quality pump, especially when you pay $358.59 for it. I can only hope that Plumbing & HVAC wholesalers are…

Not impressed with customer service or warranty.

I bought a pump in June 2018. Yesterday I noticed that the pump wouldn't start. Tried to contact Amazon. They said I had to move. I guess there was a problem as I never translated. I tried calling the manufacturer who said it was not under warranty. The start of the guarantee can be found on the date stamp on the pump. I wrote 18.03, and now 19.08. In math, that's 17 months. Guarantee 18 months. So I'm still fighting here. The pump worked great until it broke. I would like to have more years of

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Excellent sewage pump, suitable for rough installations

Two sewage pumps have failed in the last year (two different tanks). Both had different unnamed pumps. Both replaced by this Zoeller model. Although the first only works for 15 months and the second for 3 months, I am satisfied with both. We have an odd septic tank arrangement: drains drain into a two-chamber septic tank in the yard by gravity, and then spill out. into a separate pumping chamber, where this pump directs fluid uphill to the infiltrator leach field in our backyard. When the pump…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Unreliable supply

Zoeller pumps are the best drain pumps on the market. However, that doesn't mean they're good pumps, just that they aren't as bad as some of the others. With constant use, they fail after 2-3 years. The pumps are date stamped and come with a 3 year guarantee. If you want to claim the warranty, buy from a local store and keep your receipt. If you decide to buy this pump online, you may not receive it very quickly or at all. These are heavy units and they are shipped by the cheapest route…

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Can't remember

Very poor quality, terrible packaging, impossibility of warranty service. So I bought one of these to replace an old but very noisy one of the same model. I've also tried twice to order a second unit from Revain as a backup. Both parts were completely destroyed due to poor packaging by the manufacturer and insufficient packaging by Revain. After that I gave up buying a replacement. Guilty. Four months after installation, the new pump failed. I go to the manufacturer's website and they claim to…

  • Nice packaging
