I only use this thermos to keep ice cold drinks on my desk during the day. Amazingly, as others have mentioned, it maintains the temperature of whatever is inside. I grind ice and water (and a little flavor) in the morning and fill to the top. I get everything ready during the day, but when I refill it the next morning the ice is still there. All of that.
