was perfect for my spinning class. They are very comfortable for their size. I am a woman, wear $7.5 and ordered them a size 40 and they fit perfectly. The only thing you don't forget to buy are the clips. I'm new to spinning so I had no idea about the clips which are very necessary to be able to attach the shoes to the bikes, thank goodness my teacher had extra supplies. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I bought size 44 and I usually wear size 10.5 in sports shoes. I bought these to ride with the Peloton when I replaced their pedals, Sir Shimano SPD pedals. For the price I am very happy with them. I don't actually wear them off the bike so I don't know how they will hold up when I take them off the bike. I've tried a few more expensive pairs and felt like I'd go with the Zols because of the difference in price. I think they look normal too.
