Came broken but. suitable for reptiles and amphibians

My terrarium is broken BUT I give 5 stars for how Josh's frogs handle it. 5 stars for customer service! The product is of high quality and I will buy it in the store. Obviously it's not her fault.

Excellent large tank

Returned damaged, broken glass and clip. It's a big big tank, but unusable. I read reviews about shipping damage but that was a long time ago so I figured maybe they found a better way to ship the item. No, it broke.

Excellent refueling time, if it arrives broken send it back. Mine arrived safely on the first try. It has well-designed slots for cords and additional gear. Perfect for native creatures and zoo sale backgrounds for tank sizes.

This is quite heavy and may require some help to set up. But my anoles love it. My only complaint is that there is now an HO mount that is the same width. The product itself is well made. I will definitely buy it again if I need another one. Shipping was quick and well packaged, but then again, the box was huge.

More than expected. Got it for a good price. Josh's frogs are great.

My furry baby loves this. It feels weird. Edit: After a month of use, maybe only three cricket feedings, the cage clip broke. This has nothing to do with the seller, but rather with my disappointment on a larger scale. I expect a certain level of quality and durability when I buy a zoom and not only is it not worth the price. If my t-shirt is lost, I'll sell my house. Edit: Changed back to 4 stars because the clip was cosmetic only. The cage works perfectly, the locking function is not lost.

Good construction, nice cage, easy to use but at the same time be careful with heating pad and atomizer.

Beautiful terrarium. A little heavy but not for this size. Didn't expect it to be lighter for its size. However, do not put a heating pad on the bottom, especially if you have a spray bottle inside. The electric heating pad heats the glass, mist condenses on the bottom and the glass cools and the glass breaks. I'm not sure if the smoke machine didn't exist, if the glass would break or not, but I suspect it didn't exist. The possibility of glass breakage is not explained anywhere in the…
