Zoo Med Laboratories SZMTA22 Mealworm Review

It's great but I wish they had different hole sizes on the bottom. My bearded husband eats large mealworms and they can't get through the holes.

This is great for our young bearded dragon, but the holes are only big enough for small mealworms, not waxworms or superworms. We originally bought this to try on our adult beard!

It's bigger than mine so I can't use it right now, just waiting for my crocodile to grow up so I can swap out its cage for a bigger one to put it in and live in worms (which are too big for him even now).

Makes geckos more interested in eating. The only problem is that sometimes they bounce off the edge of the feeder and I later find worms in different places in the cage. This is more my dish than a product. If it came with a dish it would be perfect.

The bowl of worms is beautiful and I love the concept. However, the suction cup is of terrible quality, making it pretty much useless. However, I bought some Christmas suckers on sale and hung them on them. annoying because i had to do it but at least they were on sale and cheap.

It sticks to my tank quite well but the mealworms just fall out and now the mealworms are hiding all over the cage with beards. If the holes were a little smaller, it would be better for mealworms. Maybe it's better for a larger worm species? Even bearded people can have mealworms 🙄. It's funny that people say they can't.

The name of the mealworm is on the packaging but the picture is a bit misleading. If you are an adult bearded dragon owner, the relative size of the beard and feeder/worms will make you think you can use them for super worms, but you can't! The holes in these aggregates are the size of a very small mealy worm. Super Worms cannot go through holes. May be funny for young bearded ones, but not for a shown adult.
