    good system Easy to set up, but UI instructions are limited.

    The system has worked great for a while and I'm happy with it. I'm having an issue with one of the cameras which regularly turns itself off after a few days and needs to be cycled to get back online. I am currently trying to troubleshoot Zosi issues and they are helping. Only one camera has this issue and I think it needs to be replaced. UI instructions are limited (if you can find them), but most features are easy to understand with a little fiddling.

    Don't buy - the customer service is TERRIBLE when the system died after only 10 months!

    I wish I could give them 0 stars! Everything about it was great until he died 10 months later. I bought a $62.26 4 year warranty foolishly thinking it would cover a replacement. Instead, I received over a week of email correspondence with a woman who calls herself "Jane" and doesn't understand English at all. She keeps asking for both parts, asked me to send photos of the device and the power supply. Your emails are hard to understand and at the moment we still don't have a backup system…

    Excellent NVR system and excellent customer service

    I have owned this system since 2017 and am very happy with it. The picture is detailed, the night vision impressive. I can see 40-50 feet with night vision, it's clear and well lit. Motion detection works well and motion events are easy to find in the NVR menu. The wireless signal works very well and picks up the signal better than expected. For areas with too many obstacles, I use the repeater function (making one of the cameras with a good signal the repeater) to get a better signal. I love…
